Gene's sons, Steve and Brett Rohrscheib, started working under their father in the early 1970's.

Steve and Brett Rohrscheib took over operations in the early 1990's.

The company went international in the mid 1990's and has continued to expand with equipment purchases, fabricating
tools, training new employees and expanding geographic areas of operation.

The third generation, Gene's grandson Cameron Rohrscheib, along with two additional business partners transitioned into their operation roles in 2025.
